FLSUN Titan Xcarrier
Description
I assembled my FLSUN i3 2017 and wanted to install a Titan direct drive extruder, but the provided Xcarrier wasn't wide enough to mount the motor. I adjusted the dimensions of the Xcarrier and based the vertical segment off of the design found here: https://grabcad.com/library/e3d-titan-extruder-assembly-for-thk-linear-rail-1 It works for both the V6 and Volcano extruder. There might be some variation with how thick your bed is. One limitation is that your printer will lose about 10mm on the X print bed. Also, I removed the X limit switch holes because I really like using Thing:2521758 limit switch support instead. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2521758 *Revision / Edit* Modified the extruder bracket to eliminate interference issues, and reduce unnecessary structure. Increased the vertical supports on the Xcarrier for increased surface area to glue/weld to.
