Description
Another one variation of Airtrippers design. Previous one is bending, so meet this new version! I try to make it more rigid and comfortable to use. It is assume to insert ~65mm length of standart 2x4 ptfe bouden tube. So it has no parasit gaps and friction of filament is only on ptfe. For those who want to remodel this to their own vision I put hire some STEP files. For assembly you will need 2ps 608 bearings (it's easiest for me to get them, used in skate, rollers ets...omg...spinners) Set of the m3 screw as in th original Airtripper part + pair m3 bolt and nut and couple springs for lever-handle work correct. (like this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2363394) Also you will need a pair or more wood screw ~10mm length - for fix inner ptfe tube and for fasten anhancer to body. PTFE fitting I have with 10mm thread and there is a slot on top for a proper M10 nut. In addition in case of thread damage I will fix fitting by 4ps wood screw.
