Creality CR10 Ender 3 Pro Strain Relief Bowden PTFE Tube HotEnd Holder Fixation

Description

Hej fellow Makers! My newly built and unmodded Ender-3 with its stock parts had a massive bowden tube slipping problem which maddened me to the bone. During long time prints the ptfe tube started slipping out of the hotend latently causing molten filament to squeeze out at strangest points. So I marked the tube with a waterproof fineliner right above the fitting to have visual control about the position inside the hotend. Tube's end tip jused to sit right above the nozzle inside heatbreak/hotend without any space in between. Even a bowden tube clip ( www.thingiverse.com/thing:936611 ) didn't worked well. Incredibly stupid reason: It turned out the tiny little holding claws inside the original pneumo fitting were just too weak! Thanks to Creality for using qualitative parts at neuralgic points. So I designed a printable holder to fix that problem and relief the tube's momentum of the carriage movement from the fitting. Just demount fancage and hotend. Release the screw of the right sliding wheel to mount the holder in between. All you need is a little cable tie to fix the tube inside the holder. Close it forcefully to the side as shown in the photos. All tube slipping problems in this regard will be gone hopefully! It should also fit similiar hotends of the CR10-family as well. The attachment of this strain relief is also recommended prophylactically. Enjoy! If you have an improvement proposal please leave a comment.
