Controlbox CR10s replacement Noctua fan upgrade

I designed this control box case, because i wanted to reduce the control box fan noise replacing all stock fan with noctua fan. The original 60mm fan is 15 mm thick, but the noctua fan (A6X25 PWM) is 25 mm thick, so it's impossible to close the control box correctly and you need to print this control box case. You don't need any new screw, because everything is designed to fit with the original screws + screws in noctua package. With this download you'll have: - control box case - little feet (that fit perfectly in these legs https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2413227 for control box) - fan cover (1,2,3,4 mm thick; you can choose what do you prefer, but i have printed 1mm fan cover because with that the control box is completely flat) N.B. 1 IF YOU REPLACE YOUR STOCK 60 mm FAN YOU INVALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY BECAUSE YOU NEED TO REMOVE THE YELLOW WARRANTY LABEL! N.B. 2 the little feet are a little bit bigger than the holes... see the video in post-printing to know how to fit them in the holes perfectly. If you want, you can add some glue, but it's not fundamental. N.B. 3 To have a good ventilation, you need to remove completely the metallic cover of the power supply, like in my photos N.B. 4 you can print this control box case also with your ikea mirror on the heatbed, but you need to positionate it perfectly, because they have the exactly same dimensions. So you need to deactivate raft or other similar things. ITALIANO Ho creato questo case per la control box perché volevo ridurre il rumore delle ventole sostituendo tutte quelle originali con le ventole Noctua. La ventola originale da 60 mm è spessa 15 mm, invece la ventola noctua (A6X25 PWM) è spessa 25 mm e quindi non è possibile chiudere la control box correttamente. Ho disegnato tutto per adattarsi perfettamente alle viti originali e quindi non vi serviranno altre viti oltre a quelle che trovate all'interno della confezione della ventola. Con questo download avrete: - il case per la controlbox - i piedini per la control box (che si adattano perfettamente ai fori presenti sulle gambe che potete trovare a questo link https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2413227) - protezione per la ventola (spesse 1,2,3,4 mm; potete scegliere quella che preferite, ma io ho stampato la protezione spessa 1 mm perché entra alla perfezione nell'incavo e quindi il case per la controllo risulta perfettamente piano). N.B. 1 SE SOSTITUITE LA VENTOLA ALL'INTERNO DELLA CONTROLBOX INVALIDATE LA GARANZIA PERCHE' SIETE COSTRETTI A ROMPERE IL SIGILLO DI GARANZIA GIALLO N.B. 2 i piccoli piedini sono leggermente più grandi dei fori, per montarli correttamente vedete il video che ho allegato in post-printing. Se volete potete aggiungere po' di colla anche se non serve. N.B. 3 per avere una buona ventilazione dovete completamente rimuovere la cover in metallo dell'alimentatore (quella su cui è attaccata la ventola originale da 60 mm per intenderci), come potete vedere nelle foto. N.B. 4 il control box case può essere stampato anche se avete lo specchio ikea come piano, ma considerate che ha esattamente le stesse identiche dimensioni, quindi dovete disattivare il raft (o similari) e dovete posizionare il vetro nella posizione giusta. Probabilmente vi ci vorranno un paio di tentativi, ma si può fare tranquillamente.
