Tensegrity - prints in place with removable supports
Description
This model is a simplified for assembly version of this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3207999 These are both models of the simplest (lowest element count) tensegrity that I'm aware of. with 3 compression struts, for the xyz axis, and 9 tension elements (3 for each axis). https://youtu.be/Y7odemzxUjM One of the hardest things about constructing tensegrity models is rigging the tension lines. In this case I've connected the compression tubes with some supports, so that the geometry between the tubes is held, while you string the tension lines. Assembly suggestions, pull line through the bottom triangle first, then top, then do the sides/verticals, then glue the lines into their holes. If you try to glue one line at a time, your glue can clog the holes for the next lines.
