1010 Conformal Rail Guide 38mm (Fastener Version)
Description
This is the fastener version of the first rail guides I designed for mid-power rockets and high power rockets. It is a conformal rail guide that will fit 38mm airframe rocketry tubing and also fit 1010 size of 8020 aluminum extrusion rail. As far as I know this is the only conformal rail guide of this kind that is designed to be fastened to a rocket instead of glued. There are five basic versions with three different lengths that are designed to be held on machine bolt fasteners that come in recessed as well as a non-recessed forms. Short length is 25.4mm (1 inch) long. Medium length is 38.1mm (1.5 inches) long. Long length is 50.8mm (2 inches) long.
