MicroRAP 200 3D Printer

Description

Long live Open Source! This printer is published under the GPL! Source file here; https://cad.onshape.com/documents/5903788532c76410354d5d69/w/45c61668c8695534e0c084ad/e/53b83439ab57ff61b58ef396 This is a remix of the MicroRAP 100 that is large enough to accommodate a standard sized heated bed. It uses the BL Touch probe for G29 autoleveling (you can also use one of the many BL Touch clones such as 3D touch). The rear plate has accommodations for an ATX Computer-Style power supply and also a standard power connector/switch if you want to use a meanwell instead. So when you cut the back, just omit the one your won't use when you do the CAM work, prior to cutting. The frame is constructed from 9mm thick material (I used stained Baltic Birch). You will need a 1/8" bit to cut this on a CNC machine. Be sure to see the attached picture for special considerations when cutting the bottom plate of the machine. Here is a video of the the printer in action; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4t9eIk2gnUA I used the E3D Titan Extruder, but you might also use an mk8 extruder gear and the file I have included here, instead. The Bill of Materials is a bit of a rough adaptation from the original MicroRAP 100 so proceed with caution. I decided to use a 4510 blower fan that is lighter and much more compact than the more popular blower. The 4510 blower can be hard to find in 12V, but there is one for sale here; https://www.ebay.com/itm/192569600144?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
