Tonxy X5s extruder carrage for HE3D Titan Extruder plus MGN12h linear rails
Description
Titan (Clone) direct drive extruder mount for Tronxy X5s with MGN12 linear rails. Also, included in the part cooling fan for the stock extruder motor. To mount the fan you’ll need to replace one of the screws on the back of the extruder motor. Edit: do not use VHB or mounting tape for the fan... bad things can happen... Update: 1/14/2019 Easier to print and better spacing to match the bearing spacing on the following upgrade parts. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2815168 I don't speak German, but they work well :-) Second picture shows a NEMA17 pancake motor which I'm having problems with and never modeled a part cooling duct for that (I just hacked what's here with a knife to get the job done) so FYI, the duct is for a full size stepper motor. Note, I did not have luck printing this in PETG, it flexes too much and doesn't hold the belt well. with PLA it holds well, but don't over-tighten the belts
