Anet A6 Y-Axis FrontBrace&Tensioner

Anet A6 Y-Axis FrontBrace&Tensioner

Description

After my belt tensioner ([thing:3045678](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3045678)) worked well, I have now integrated it into a brace plate. Some parts I took directly from the tensioner. I designed the brace plate mainly to be able to screw it onto a base plate. The support itself is not as massive as other constructions here on Thingiverse that could withstand the weight of an elephant. But my plate serves its purpose after the installation, there is no bend at the original acrylic plate detectable. There are two versions of the knurled wheel available, choose the one that suits you better. I printed all parts in PLA with a resolution of 0.2mm, a wall thickness of 1.2mm and an infill of 30%, except the two parts with thread, which should be printed in 0.1mm resolution, the tolerances are relatively narrow. Make sure that no support material gets into the drill holes of part "Y-Front-Brace.stl" during slicing, otherwise it is almost impossible to remove it cleanly afterwards! For the screw connection I used 7 pcs. 2.9x9.5 sheet metal screws.
