Navilight or Gopro helmet mount

Description

Light mount for the top of the helmet. Can be used as a position light for paddeling. Mount can be also used for Gopro. I glued the mount with velcro on the helmet. To bend the mount on the helmet surface heat the mount up and press it on the helmet. Benötigt wurde eine Halterung für eine LED Rundumlampe, welche beim Paddeln als Positionslicht dient. Hierfür wurde mit Fusion 360 eine Helmhalterung erstellt. Die Aufnahme hat praktischerweise dieselben Bemaßungen, wie gängige Action Kameras. Um die Halterung schnell abnehmen zu können, wird diese mit Klett befestigt. Um die Halterung gegen unbeabsichtigten Verlust zu schützen, hat diese im hinteren Bereich eine Öse für eine Fangschnur. Zur Vereinfachung des Design Prozesses wurde die Halterung erst nach dem Druck mit Hilfe eines Heißluftföns an die Helmrundung angepasst. Gedruckt wurde das Bauteil mit 0,2mm Layer Höhe 0,4 Düse PLA auf einem MK2 Prusa Drucker.
