Gingerbread former or "gingerbread bell"

Gingerbread former or "gingerbread bell"

Description

Edit 18/12/12: Modified some geometries to improve the handling. There are now some more models for different wafer-diameters (40, 50, 70 and 90). The amount of dough for non-70-mm-diameters will be calculated soon :-). The new models are untested as my 3d-printer is waiting for the service-guy (me) for repairs. I was baking some gingerbreads and was really annoyed by forming them with two spoons. So I decided to create a 3D-printable "gingerbread bell". This one is for 70 mm wafers and takes about 42 g dough. It is not perfect yet but it works. The "spatel" and "glocke" were printed with 0,1 mm resolution. You will need a diameter 3 screw. M3 or a self cutting screw should both be okay. You may need to shorten it. I guess 5 mm thread length is enough. You need brim and support on "spatel" and therefor a little rework (less than 3 minutes) after printing. I will add versions for other wafers later and maybe "Antrieb" will become easier to print. But it will take some days... I use the following recipe (for about 20 gingerbreads): 100 g candied orange peel 100 g candied citron peel 100 g brown sugar 360 g grounded hazelnuts 4 medium eggs 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1,5 teaspoons gingerbread spice 1 teaspoon lemon peel 3 teapoons honey and a wafer
