O Gauge Train Tunnel Entrance
Description
This is a train tunnel entrance that my son requested. I printed it in 3 parts with the Marble colored filament. On the Creator pro I split the process at ~22mm. Went medium 0-22mm and high from 22mm on. This helped with the brick resolution on the face without making it a 19hr print. Inside the arch I put a round LED socket for a 5mm led. There are 2 standoffs in each upright to attach the entrance to whatever you construct your tunnel out of. We used pvc sign board. Update: Post print fitment confirmed. Uprights fit together with arch very well. I've also included new uprights with a hole for a face mounted lantern. The lantern is also included. I printed the lantern on "high" with support. The support was a bit of a pain to remove but the final product was nice. Also, the arch pictured I've add a "S" for our last name.
