Multi-Use! EZ Ender-3 RasPiCam Mount System w/ extra parts!
Description
This is a Premium camera mount for the Creality Ender-3 and RasPiCam for use with Octoprint and Timelapses. Way more durable and secure when mounted. I printed and tried many different types of raspicam mounts for my new printer, and none were up to snuff for me. This mount uses the same method as a few I have seen on here where it clips on to the front of the Y axis belt housing. The difference between mine and the other ones is that I have extended and reinforced the part that slots into the printer making it more durable and easier fitting to the size of the housing. I also added a strong support underneath to prevent and breakage. There is an arm that extends upward on the mount that has a spot to attach either a printed camera casing or my extension arm to add more pivoting to control your angle better. Like if you Download, and Post your Make if you Print it! Update: 01/25/19 - New Mount, shorter, prints faster! Smaller extension arm, pivot joints, and added a universal camera mount similar to a tripod. Just add a screw underneath that fits your cameras threading. Also I have added an enclosure for the raspicam that fits the mount better than other things found on this site. This should help with fitting issues people have had. Feel free to comment if you have any ideas for changes, I am still new to 3D modeling.
