Prusa Lack Enclosure Heatbed Cable Clamp - 60 Degree, for Screw Terminal Heatbed and Textile

Prusa Lack Enclosure Heatbed Cable Clamp - 60 Degree, for Screw Terminal Heatbed and Textile

Description

I saw several versions of this cable clamp that reduces the overall functional depth of the Prusa printers to be able to fit inside a Lack enclosure. However, many of the existing versions were made prior to the switch to screw-terminal contacts at the bed. I found that the 60 degree bend version works very well, with a nice and even bend radius on the cable that remains consistent through the full travel of the bed. The printer fits inside the enclosure with probably 5 mm to spare, with the control panel still mounted to the front of the frame. The cable does make some very minor contact with the rear of the enclosure at the furthest extent of travel, but it isn't concerning. This bracket was designed from the ground up, using existing brackets for hole templates. I've added some depth to the bracket itself to account for the additional depth of the ring terminals, and some very small detent features to firmly grip the textile sleeve. The screws for the screw terminals have also been accounted for - there is sufficient clearance for everything. Finally, the position of the nuts/screws clamping the bottom of the cover together was changed to better grasp the cables at the 60 degree angle.
