TV Buttons Cover universal LCD screen controller Board DIY
Description
If like me you purchased a TV universal LCD screen controller Board you probably noticed how "naked" all the circuit boards looks like. So I am working on making covers for each parts. This buttons cover for the controller board is the trickiest part to do because of its size and the mechanical action of the buttons. I am working on a basic RepRap printer wich make the printing hard for me on tiny pieces. I tried making the cover with two parts, the first one (Top 1) is meant to protect/hide the circuit board, the second one (Top 2) comes on the top and holds the buttons(Tv buttons) between Top1 and Top2.I made tiny gaps to theoretically let the tv buttons moves while being held by the Top 2. Like I said I haven't yet find a way to make adjustements on my printer settings to be able to print the parts the way there are suppose to be. I also created the circuit board as 3d model to help me creating the cover (Circuit Board.stl) that can be used for other project,as I couldn't find any. And the last .stl is the same file as th Top2 except that I did a quick logo carving into it, but I didi it a bit to fast, I might make better looking logos and make them easier to print(Pic Top2). So yes this thing is a "Work-In-Progress" EDIT: New Top2 looks better : Picture + .stl
