Parrot Disco servo arm remixed
Description
This is a remix from Perruche "Parrot Disco insert". It is the servo arm that fits into the elevon. I had a difficult time getting the splines to fit in the servos. I made it so you can use the stock round servo arm that comes with the Emax ES08MA servos. You can use two small self tapping screws to secure it to the stock servo arm. You will need to trim some foam from the disco to allow the round arm to move freely. The small screws will need to be about 4mm thread length and preferably a small cap screw type head. Others may work but, trimming of the plastic may be needed. I printed these in PLA 100% infill, with supports. ABS may be a better option for safety concerns. The original design required you to print at high resolution to allow the splines to come out nice. This remix allows you to print at lower resolution for a quicker print as the splines are not need in this design. Please share if you printed this part.
