Customizable Router Circle Cutting Jig (Makita RT0700C)
Description
This is a customizable circle cutting jig for routers (specifically for the Makita RT0700C, but the customizer should allow to generate different base plates). Default setting is for a 12mm cutting bit. You need 2x M3 screws and 1x M3 nut and washer for the inlay - one screw is used as the hole center, the other is used to fix the inlay on the router base. For better comfort, use a wing nut or print a thumbscrew attachment like this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2153764 or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2350276 The OpenSCAD file can additionally generate: - a blank router base plate - a "simple" circle cutter (no inlay, just fixed center holes) - a hole template to check if mounting holes are correctly positioned
