cableclip /strain relief X-motor 4MAX

cableclip /strain relief X-motor 4MAX

Description

A simple cable clip to hold the cable of the X-motor in place. According to the manual for the AnyCubic 4Max (page 22) you have to divert the cable around the X-motor. The intended profile is far too wide and the cable immediately falls out. This clip is meant to prevent that. It also acts as a strain relief for the power-plug of the X-motor. Assemble: - remove the right panel - slide the cable into the leg of the T-profile - press the profile with a little force into the profile of the X-axis For later maintenance, make sure there is enough room on the cable to remove the power-plug of the X-motor. If you haven't build the printer yet and you do have a second printer, print it out first and mount it when assembling. Saves work. Update: A slightly thinner version is added (V2, thanks to r3dr4gon for the comment). Version 2 is probably the better one to try first. Happy cableclipping :) PS. The cables must be hidden in the aluminum profile, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3210060 is perfectly suited for that.
