CTC Bizer Filamentspooler Premountmotor
Description
To prevent clogging the nozzles because Filamentspool don't drive easily I have mount a prespooler motor parallel to the nozzle motor. The resistors in layout are min.2W or better 5W Wire-Cement-Versions because they get hot. Reconstruct on your own risk, no guarantee onto function.It works well at my CTC, but you could take instead 22R Resistor 18R or 15R Resistor so the nozzle would have more power. Lower Values could disturbe the Motor-Driver. The motor holder I have in my things to rebuild. I have updated the partslist and changed resistor,see FS2_SL_.txt, added a holder for the casing and the steppermotorholder with filamentleadingsupport. Additionaly to prevent from step-loss I have integrated under the steppermotorpressurebox a springholdersystem who is pressing the box onto the steppermotorpinchwheel. Now it works better. Don't tighten firmly the boxscrews,slightly tighten that the spring can work.
