So I did not care for the printer spool that came with the printer so I made my own. No raft or support required. Took 3-4 hours for the end pieces... each, 2 hours or so for the spool adapters and 30 minutes each for the bearing sleeves. Works really well. I purchased the bearings from McMaster Carr for about $17. Required: 1 PVC ½ pipe ~ 16cm long 2 roller bearings McMaster Carr has these: https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/124/1245 BearingSleeve.stl (2) These fit in the plastic printer spool MaterialHolder3.stl (2) Spool Hubs (4) These build out the PVC to mate with the pvc pipe. This thing works better than I hoped. I now feel free to leave the printer go when I'm not in the room.
