BK Precision replacement Bezel for 1660/1660A PSU
Description
This is a replacement Bezel I designed for a BK Precision 1660/1660A PSU. It is not exact as I have measured everything off my unit (and tolerances are not taken into account as I don't have the original CAD for the unit). My unit was damaged during shipping and as a result the original Bezel was smashed to bits (really smashed) as it is a brittle plastic (maybe an ageing thing - you can see in the photo). Anyway I designed another 'best guess replacement' and have split it into 2 parts to print out on my Ender 3. I will then glue together [for now it's clamped in place by the case which is sufficient). The print you see is 0.3mm height, 1.75mm PAL, 0.4mm Nozzle. Normally I print using "0.2mm Draft" using a 0.4mm nozzle but I wanted to speed things up for prototype - and might stick 0.3mm, 0.4mm nozzle as it's good enough. Yes I know there is a bed level issue on one of the corners !! Good enough for me !! :-) You can see there are Left/Right separate prints for smaller print beds ( I have 220x220mm). I used a Grey PLA but I guess any off-white colour would work. A darker grey might be better but it looks good in my opinion). I've included the Fusion 360 CAD since you may need to refine or adjust for your own PSU. Note: You may not sell this and have to give me credit/compensation if used as part of a sale. I invested considerable time in this and have provided it for people who wish to keep their old trusty PSUs running and looking nice (as a gratuity for the other parts that other Makers have made available and let me use).
