Simon's Cat phone stand with QI charger
Description
This is my version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3016195 phone stand. I added QI charger and changed size of stand ( increase to fit iPhone XS/R ). I used QI charger module : - coil diameter is 50 mm x 2 mm - electronic part is 33 mm x 30 mm - I expanded wires too ( about 50 mm ) Instruction: - print all parts 1x except base support and rubber base support ( 4x ), - insert coil in vertical part ( simon's cat ), next drag the wires and mount vertical part to base (you can use super glue if necessary ), - insert electronic part into base ( bottom side ) and solder wires with PCB, - connect USB wire to charger module and check if it works, - if it works, assemble round cover to hide coil, and cover electronic part ( bottom of base ) - you can use small screws, - glue base supports (4x) to bottom side of base, and insert 4 rubber rounds into supports, - glue bowl with round bowl support - please move the center of the bowl next to the center of the round support (2-3 mm). - insert bowl into base ( without glue it ! ) - you can rotate the bowl to fit the phones with different thickness. - and finally insert food for your cat :)
