TronXY X1 Belt Pulley Bearing Tensioner
Description
This is a belt Pulley Sleeve for the bearings that come with the Tronxy X1. I used fooyabt's belt tensioners(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2502801) but found that either the washers rubbed and caused noise and wear or if too tight the motors skipped steps when tightening the bearings and ruined prints. This elevates all those problems and allows for good belt tension and perfectly circular prints with no backlash. I would consider this a must for long term TronXY X1 users! This Pulley fits over the bearing in one direction, you decide which direction as I found my belt pulled one way so the shoulder stops this from happening. I used 3 M5 washers (6 in total)(Or use included spacers) either side which can be inserted a side at a time before the bolt is pushed through. Depending on the accuracy of your printer you may need to do some cleanup on the bearings as there is a 50-micron interference between the bearing and pulley. Print with the chamfer up as to avoid overhang issues. No Glue Required!!! Solidworks Part included if you want to change the interference to more or less. Also Included a selection of spacers to replace the washers which can rub depending on the size. I found the 3.5 to be the best size.
