CR-10 120mm Fan base with Piplate

CR-10 120mm Fan base with Piplate

Description

Just a little remix on this to mount the Pi with one of my PiPlates. USB and Ethernet ports face the rear and also has a compartment next to it to hold a converter/power brick for the pi. Hole allows plugging in to Micro USB of pi for power, another hole allows fan wires to pass into same compartment. There is a hole to pass power from the control box, or the "ExtPower" base version has a 15mm hole to the rear if you want to power the pi from an independent wall wart supply. Access to two of the USB ports will be limited due to the base plate leg, but something small like a compact WiFi dongle or small flash drive could still fit. Base prints with no support, PiPlate will need supports in the slots for the clips and the round pegs, keep x/y clearance up around 0.5mm or higher to keep supports from fusing to the side of the narrow grooves. Lid will need support for the pegs. Print the Pi clips laying down as shown so they don't break at the layer lines. Piplate is installed, and then the cover goes over the mounting lug, allowing one of the lid's 3mm screws to hold the piplate in. I'm waiting on a filament order and a right angle USB B cable. I might make some sort of side shroud to cover the USB connector into the control box. Realized I'd forgotten to add the hole over the Pi's processor to allow some air down there. Reupped the base models with this hole added.
