Geeetech A10 E3D_V6 Mount
Description
A simple E3D_V6 hotend mount with a single 5105 radial fan for the Geeetech A10. Based on both this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2984898 and this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2117245 to make a relatively lightweight but secure hotend mount. You will need to supply a few 3mm screws and nuts but assembly is very simple. Two of the original hex screws are used to secure the mount to the X carriage. To make use of the A10's original hotend fan, I used this 40mm adaptor to screw it on to the E3D_V6 heatsink duct. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2572641 I printed at 0.2mm layer height. The mount and clamp used 80% infill. Fill setting doesn't matter for the fan duct, it's just walls. My mount was made using PLA. Some might say this doesn't work but I've used similar mounts for more than a year with no issues. Feel free to make with ABS or PETG if that is your preference. Edit: Version 2 of the fan duct added. Has a larger opening for even more air flow. Edit: Circular fan duct added. Now you have a choice of ducts. Works well on initial tests.
