Sunglasses mount for car dashboard

I wanted to store my sunglasses in the car without having to fold the arms each time. I got sick of tightening the screws that keep the arms stiff. Now I can just place them in this mount on the dash without folding the arms. Of course you can still fold them if you like. Make sure you mount it with the higher side closest to the front of the car. This is so you can drop the glasses into the mount easier. I've designed it pretty loose, to fit pretty much any pair of sunglasses out there. I tested it with four different pairs and they all worked fine. Your glasses will slide a little if cornering fast, but they won't go anywhere unless your car is going upside down. In this case, you have much bigger issues at hand. You'll also need some double sided tape to attach this to your dash. No supports needed. Stringing is likely unless you have your settings well dialed. So maybe have a file at hand.
