Sonoff POW/Dual & Basic (DIN Rail Clips & Mounts)
Description
Whilst expanding my growing collection of Sonoff devices for Home Automation, I came to the realisation that I needed a nice way of mounting these within my DB board (distribution box). I had a look at the DIN RAIL MOUNT as sold by Itead, but the biggest problem is that it is a universal mount. Also, it did not fit nicely within the DB enclosure, and you could not access the buttons on the Sonoff POW or DUAL, neither see the LED lights. I also did not like the way it was recessed so low in the box below the outside cover So I did some designing and came up with a fairly generic way of mounting these Sonoffs in order to fit nicely. It consists of different height DIN Rail clips which you can make use of for your own requirements. These can be turned around as to give you some adjustment options up and down within the opening. You need 2 of these rail clips per Sonoff device I've remodeled these on the design from Mikegg (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1000487) The second part consist of a specific mount for either the Sonoff POW/DUAL, or the Sonoff BASIC. These mounts are screwed onto the 2 DIN RAIL CLIPS, and have some slots to allow some up and down adjustment as well. When you are happy with the way it allows your Sonoff to fit within the DB, you can fasten these to the clips, and then screw your Sonoff onto these mounts. If you had selected the correct height DIN RAIL CLIPS, your Sonoffs will fit nicely under the cover of your DB with no ugly gaps, and the buttons and LEDs will be nicely exposed NOTE (1/3/2019): Thank you to Tobox for pointing out that my Sonoff POW base were not correct. The hole was on the wrong side. I had actually made another version with 2 mounting holes at the bottom. I've now uploaded the correct version and removed the old incorrect one
