Raspberry Pi 3A+ case (with VESA mount options)
Description
Raspberry Pi 3A+ case, laser-cut from 3mm plywood or acrylic. Includes a sliding top version, and a fixed top version. Designs are easy to customize; files have not been flattened, so they can still be edited. Base objects can be moved or set to visible (e.g. cutouts for GPIO, tall heatsink, air vents, keyholes for screw mounting, logos). Ports and slots are accessible, and case fits snugly. Board is held in place by 1mm deep slots along the sides; no screws required. Sliding top variant of case allows for easy access to GPIO and UART pins. Case was designed around the Raspberry Pi Model 3 A+, but should also fit Model 1 A+. Will not fit any of the B or B+ models. Update 2019-02-17: uploaded flattened files "Raspberry Pi 3A cases - 300x300mm cutting.svg" and "Raspberry Pi 3A cases - 300x300mm cutting.pdf". These are flattened, print-ready files; import/scale the file accordingly until it's a 300x300 mm page. The flattened files are harder to edit. No kerf compensation included, so you'll probably need to glue the tabs together. Update 2019-02-21: uploaded optional VESA (100 and 75mm spacings, 4 sets of holes per), and half-VESA (100 and 75 mm spacings, 2 sets of holes per) mount plates. Just print out either of these, and use instead of the regular back. Allows you to secure a Raspberry Pi 3A+ to the back of most computer monitors. The half-VESA plate should work in with most desktop/wall mount arms. Update 2019-05-02: uploaded optional half-VESA 200mm mount plate (2x M6/M8 screw holes). Allows you to secure a Pi to the back of most televisions. Should have enough clearance to hang off the side or bottom of most VESA wall mounts.
