Alternative mechanics for locomotive 1K (thing: 400667)
Description
Some time ago I rebuilt the G-Scale Locomotive. A beautiful model, but mechanically could not withstand continuous use and was also very noisy in operation. Therefore I have developed a new chassis and a new drive unit using the original stl files. The drive mechanism is based on the same concept as my other models (thing: 2776381 and thing: 3097453) and uses a geared motor with a reduction ratio of 30: 1 (Conrad order number: 233128 – 62, Modelcraft Hst.-Teile-Nr .: RB350018-SY2425). I printed and glued the parts with ABS (ABS solution in acetone). The parts can be printed correctly positioned without support. Schon vor einiger Zeit habe ich die G-Scale Locomotive thing:400667 nachgebaut. Ein schönes Modell, das aber mechanisch dem Dauergebrauch nicht standhalten konnte und zudem im Betrieb sehr laut war. Ich habe deshalb unter Verwendung der Original-stl-Dateien ein neues Chassis und eine neue Antriebseinheit entwickelt. Die Antriebsmechanik beruht auf dem gleichen Konzept wie bei meinen anderen Modellen (thing: 2776381 und thing: 3097453) und verwendet einen Getriebemotor mit einer Untersetzung von 30:1 (Conrad Bestell-Nr.: 233128 – 62, Modelcraft Hst.-Teile-Nr.: RB350018-SY2425). Die Teile habe ich mit ABS gedruckt und verleimt (ABS-Lösung in Aceton). Die Teile können richtig positioniert ohne Support gedruckt werden.
