KelTec KSG Shotgun Chamber Immobilizer I made these to be a chamber flag for my KelTec KSG shotgun but also needed it to clamp around it to stay in. The little picatinny clamps hold the slide firm but they aren't the best and not necessary either, I just included it for a freebie in case it sparks an idea in someone else. I hope these will help! By the way incase you wonder why the elbow is a bit further away from the gun, I found that tiny adjustment makes a huge difference when taking the device on and off the gun but this is easily adjustable even inside Ultimaker Cura! Feel free to tweak it in your printing app by squishing the x or y axis, which ever makes it narrower while maintaining the original length. Free to download. I used PETG for flexibility. 240º Printing temp 245º Initial layer printing temp. 71º Bed temp. 74º Initial layer bed temp. .4mm First layer up at .6 to avoid clumping with no fan and 5º hotter bed to start with no base/brim/skirt. Then fan at 100% Infill ZigZag @ 20% [50,140] Print Speed 40mm/s Outer layer/top print speed 25mm/s Initial layer print speed 15mm/s (for better bed adhesion without skirt/brim/base) Let me know if you have any questions!
