Made In June 2012 - Cute Lil Mushroom Toy Figurines In Three Body Types! :) . The Concept Was Created When I Was Considering Going To Toronto'S Fan Expo As A Vendor And I Wanted To Create Something That Fit Within That Vibe. Lots Of Folks Dress Up As Characters To Go To Conventions Like This, And Fan Expo Is Full Of Wonderful Geeky Nerdy Types That Have Truly Come Into Their Own In This Generation (Unlike Us Nerds In The 80'S ;) ). . But I Really Wanted To Capture The Geek/Nerd Essence. I Thought ... Who Would Stand Out In A Crowd Of People Who Already Embraced Geekdom? And I Thought ... You Know, That Guy Who Goes To A Costume Party As A Potatoe .. Or That Girl Who Dresses Like A Cardboard Box - Instead Of The Tv Character, Comic Hero. . So The Fan Shrooms Were Born, With The Thought To Extend Into Other Vegetables Or Off Beat Things.
