EN: Sometimes I need to solve some deficiency on different models. That's why I created my own extruder cart. The belt holder, linear bearings and fanduc are composed of other models. - fan blower: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2086437 - belt holder and tensionner: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2425783 - linear bearing with PTFE (or stock): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3151722 Many of the screws are dimensioned on M3x18 that are originally used on the printer. And finally - all parts can be printed without support ... Improvements: - the proximity sensor is on the right - I can use a standard home - fanduc can be moved in Z axis by 8mm (+4 or -4) - the nozzle has a similar Y axis position as the original extruder - the center of the nozzle distance from the center of the sensor is 32mm - distance between rods are 45mm CZ: Občas potřebuji vyřešit nějaký nedostatek na různých modelech. Proto jsem vytvořil svůj vlastní vozík extruderu. Držák řemene, lineární ložiska a fanduc jsou složeny z jiných modelů. - ofuk: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2086437 - napínák x řemene: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2425783 - lineární ložiska s PTFE (nebo originální): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3151722 Velká část šroubů je dimenzována na M3x18 které jsou na tiskárně originálně použity. A konečně - všechny díly můžete tisknout bez podpory... Vylepšení: - senzor přiblížení je na pravé straně - můžu používat standardní home - fanduc může být posouván v ose Z o 8mm (+4 nebo -4) - tryska má podobnou pozici v ose Y jako originální extruder - vzdálenost středu trysky od středu čidla je 32mm - chladič E3D je chlazen 40mm větrákem - rozteč mezi vodícími tyčemi je přesně 45mm 190120 - E3D V6 clamp / inner diameter 6,0mm and 8,0mm 190318 - distance between rods are 45mm
