Henlong 1/16 Jagdpanther Tank Visaton FRS 8 Speaker Enclosure
Description
This is not "plug and Play. My tank was a 27MHZ version. Along with many other changes, I converted to the 2.4 GHZ version, and cut off all the various bumps and mounts I no longer needed that were in the way. This will fit flat to to the battery box top. The lid has a lip to it to securely fit the case. You can just hot glue the lid to the case, and use some screws to hold the speaker on, or do like I did and rivet it in. I'm doing another version that's more professional with a screw on lid and even more box volume, but need another chassis to try it out on. * Bonus: Cutting everything flush with the battery box top gives you several chassis cavities that add to the box volume - that's what the holes in the bottom of the box are for. Use some hot glue around the perimeter of those to seal the cavities to the box. * Bonus: By making the box the same width as the interior of the chassis and using a bit of hot glue on both sides and bottom to hold it in place will significantly stiffen the chassis once the lid is on.
