This spoll is made for filament.ca refill 195 mm x 195 mm (X,Y) Core outside diametre: 74.5mm weight (pla) +/-125gr max. clearance: 0.6 mm (clearance updated files 22-01-19 ) Added file to test clearance/speed/quality . 3files two way to work: Spool_A_nuts + Spool_B Hardware: 2x bolts 8n32 x1.5 inch 2x nuts 8n32 insert nuts in allocated space inside the core( clean before if needed) , put srew in place and then fix nuts by filling the opening with hot glue, 3d pen, filament, .... Second option ( My favorite) make your own 8n32 thread Spool_A_tap+Spool_B Hardware : 2x bolt 8n32 x 1.5 inch 8n32 tap In SpoolA_tap.stl : The hole for the nuts are smaller so they can be threaded using a tap.Threads 1 inch deep(down to nut hole) . There is no need to tap under the nut hole (did not shrink that part, bolts will go in freely) (tested with 1.75 pla filament refill)
