Description
This is a remix not only of the four things posted but inspired in the great variety of belt fasteners you can find here. Most of them support the belt tension by the drop shaped wedges and I found that these were too weak as they are holded by the layer adhesion that is often not enough. Some also rely in the interlocking of the belt teeth between them or on the printed part so the channels must fit the belt thickness in order to avoid it to slip. In this design, the wedges are free to move and compress the belt against the walls adjacent to the fixing bolts so the plastic only holds the compression force and the shearing force is taken by the bolts.
