Z-Axis Rod Support for Synchronizer (Anet E12)

Z-Axis Rod Support for Synchronizer (Anet E12)

Description

This is a quick redesign of the factory Z axis lead screw support bearing mount. This allows for the ability to add a pulley setup at the top of the lead screws to help keep your dual Z motors synchronized while making use of the factory parts from the Anet E12. This should work for any 2020/2040 extrusion-based printer with the same spacing as the Anet E12. I have now designed my own tensioner mechanism that you can find below. Other tensioners may work but mine is designed to work with the stock rods and is spaced accordingly and matches these supports. -=v3 file can use a shorter 10mm screw, v4 has a thicker base and can be used with the factory 12mm screws=- You will need: 2x Stock rod bearings 4x M3x12 screws 4x M3 T-nuts 2x GT2 Pulleys 8mm inner diameter (I used 20 tooth GT2 Pulleys) Tensioner: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3388609
