GIRO.remix - X-Axis Idler

####GIRO - X-Axis Idler#### ####General#### This X-Axis idler is inspired by the design of [bdwalker1][]. I wanted to make it fit better on my printer and remixed this idler into a screwable version. The X-Axis idler needs two M4 screws to be mounted correctly and stiff on the X-Axis aluminium profile.I also increased the length of the insert so it has a longer lever arm to withstand the torque which is created by the stepper motor a bit better. This bracket is designed to be mounted on a 20x20 aluminium profile or 40x20 aluminium profile. - - - ####Printing#### Print this bracket with a lower speed, for example 45 mm/s, to get a more accurate printing. Also print with 100% infill to get maximum strengthness of your bracket. You need support structures for the insertions. So supports from ground plate only should be enough. --- ####Additional Information#### Let me know if there are any kind of problems with this idler.
