Filler remixed v2.0 - Spool Holder

I combined and remixed two ideas: 1. HugoHuges Filler (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3020026) and 2. my own remix of kurioso's spool holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3312554) Improvements: a) Fits tightly to my Anycubic i3 Mega b) A mount for a (to be designed) spool guide in front of the holder-arm c) Spools can't drift to the far left of the roller, sitting on top of the left bearing
