I printed it with an .8mm nozzle and a .35mm layer height. I wanted to print it quick, to make sure it fit properly. It fits well, although the top curve is just slightly off, it doesn't affect the performance. it works well. the one in the picture was printed in PETG on it's back. I use a small 2 gallon vacuum. If you have a stronger vacuum, you may want to add a hole in the front above the sander connection, so you don't over heat your vacuum.
