small case with combined living hinge

What makes this special is the fact that I've been able to combine a living hinge with another component and print these all in one process using a dual material printer. I used Fusion 360 to design the case and researched online for the parameters of the living hinge. Printing with dual material print head I used ABS and TPU for the hinge. I printed a small test piece first to see how the two materials would print together and the need for support material under the hinge. I made the two parts equal height so as to avoid the need for too much support under one of the halves. It has to be at the same level where the hinge prints for it to work. If you can print at the same resolution 0.2mm then it should print well. The support material is best in the same material as the case, otherwise the TPU support is very difficult to remove. TPU doesn't make good support. I've not tested this at a lower resolution, but it may still print and work ok.
