SKPang PiCan 2, PiCAN Duo Box, both versions (isolated and not)

SKPang PiCan 2, PiCAN Duo Box, both versions (isolated and not)

Description

Simple box for the Rasberry Pi with a SKPang PiCan 2 mounted. Since I have not found one here I made this. After little use we found that the PI got hot and I have added some slots at the top to allow venting. I recommend that you coat the PI and the PiCan in some sort of con-formal coating if you plan to leave it in a vehicle for long periods. Also made a slight cut-out to make it easier to remove the SD-card if needed. The box is made for M2.5 screws. M2.5x6mm for the bottom and M2,5x18mm for the top. Added small bushings if you do not have the correct hardware. Just use threaded rod and the bushings in between the PCBs. Will be fiddly to get in place but unless you have 11mm stand-offs this is an option. If you have not the optional buttons there is a lid without buttons. If you use the button option I recommend to print in different colour. As you see the button is not super easy too see. This is recommended if you use this as a CAN sniffer and you like to record an event as it happens. Then you do not want the user to not find the button... The Duo box is fully tested and fit.
