Carriage tensioners for EleksMaker A3 Pro Laser Engraver

Description

This is a remix of the carriage tensioners provided by corradoart. I could not get his to fit my EleksMaker A3 Pro - perhaps the design had changed since he designed his parts. But, I loved the self-tensioning nature of the design. My design improves upon the earlier version also in that the axle shafts are integral with the tensioner parts. You will need to print (2) of Carriage_tensioner2.stl - these mate together to form a self-tensioning wheel holder for the laser head. They mount on the bottom of the carriage and so support the wheels running on the bottom of the 8020 channel. The leaf springs should arch upwards towards the 8020 channel. You will need to print (4) of Side_tensioner2.stl - 2 of these mate together to form a self-tensioning wheel holder, one pair for each side of the gantry. They mount on the bottom of the carriage and so support the wheels running on the bottom of the 8020 channel. The leaf springs should arch upwards towards the 8020 channel. How to install: Position the tensioners on the carriage bracket and lightly run the screws through the tensioners and bracket and lightly screw the nut in place. Install the carriage on the 8020 channel. The bottom wheels should self-tension. Then, snug down the nuts. You must install the carriage on the 8020 channel and let the wheels self-adjust before tightening the nuts. You will use the stock screws and nuts.
