Drippn 115 Quad Whoop 8520
Description
1-plastic M2 screw and nut for camera mount 1- Flight controller max size 23x32.5mm I used Sp_evo HEX or Quad Brushed fc 4- brushed 8520 motors 1-aio cam (8mm cylinder mounted)if your unsure print this first. 1-RX radio Rubber bands I Designed this to take the smallest brushed flight controller possible. Which I believe is the Sp_evo With 4 motor outputs. It can also take the hexacopter version as well, but the usb is in a odd spot. So programming without the body may be required. I only use a rubber band to hold the flight controller down. The camera is designed for an 8mm opening. Wrapping around the aio's cylinder. Its mounted with M2 plastic screws before assembly of the body. The body is the last thing, which is CA glued as the final part. (don't forget to secure the flight controller) The motors are unprotected as far as wiring which i solved with a tad bit of shoe glue! ( Straight body you can see in the camera depending on your angle, and Just drippn Body is angled and not visible in cam. Also my Favorite) On the body there is wings for a small rubber to top-mount the battery. Do not forget if you want to bottom mount the you can always double rubber band the flight controller and bottom mount as well. This design is a bit heavy. and its gone though a battery of weight loss. Its no race frame but Ive used the same flight controller since day one and gone though 10 frames or more. (cold days with PLA) Use PETG for best durability. Oh its also my first Design uploaded. And i have somewhat abandoned it. BUT let me know If I can Help or Change something for you.
