Ikea Lack - 3D Printer Enclosure: Top Corners Improved

Description

I was building the Ikea Lack table derived [Original Prusa i3 MK3 ENCLOSURE](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2864118) and found the top corner brackets were not as strong as they could be. The legs attach to the bracket with screws on the side of the leg. As a result, the legs are very wobbly and prone to breaking off with even the slightest pressure due to the leverage the legs have on the bracket. I modified the design to have a wider hole in the bracket so the original Ikea Lack table leg double-ended screw will pass through. Simply assemble the table as per the Ikea instructions, but with the bracket sandwiched between the leg and the tabletop. This results in a very tightly compressed fit. The leg no longer has leverage to easily break the bracket. Overall, I believe this is a simpler design requiring less time, less hardware, and results in a more stable enclosure that won't wobble.
