Scoring Tool for craft cutting machine
Description
I made this to use with my Cricut Maker, but it should work in some of their other models as well. I printed this on its side with supports turned on. It required a bit of clean up when printed that way, but I thought the tip would be stronger with the layer lines oriented that way. I expect it won't last as long as the official, metal-tipped scoring stylus, but I haven't done enough testing to know how many times it can be used before needing to be replaced. Be careful and use this at your own risk. It is not an official design from the company. I did have a bit of trouble getting it out of the holder the first time, so you may want to scrap/sand the ring near the tip that locks it into the holder. This was designed by taking measurements from the fine tipped pen that came with the machine as I don't have a Cricut scoring stylus. I *assumed* the tip of the scoring stylus would be about where the pen tip is located, so that's where I put it.
