Material used : Rubber 2.3mm thick Device : Trotec 60W CO2 laser Additional material : 2 snaps yellow and black paint Please note that the dimensions of the files are related to the thickness of the rubber and the elasticity of this material (it means that the sides of the case are a bit shorter - around 0.1 mm - than the real dimensions of the OP-z). So make some test if you use another material than rubber or a rigid one, and do the suitable scaling for you :).
