Filament Runout Sensor - mechanical endstop, NEMA-17 mount, fits HE3D K200 K280

Remix of the excellent mechanical endstop mount that Brian Hanifin created for a Monoprice Select Mini printer. Please read the full notes on Brian's thingiverse post for more complete information about integrating the sensor with Octoprint, and information about his original design - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2427313 I remixed this to fit the HE3D K200 and K280 delta printers. It may fit other HE3D printers with the same extruder, and other printers that use a similar style of extruder. It has a NEMA-17 stepper mounting pattern, meant to mount between the stepper motor and the extruder. You will probably need ~5mm longer M3 screws for your extruder if you use this part, and you will need to adjust the alignment of the drive gear on the motor shaft. This is designed for a Makerbot style mechanical endstop. Note that the design does not include screw holes for mounting the sensor inside the box, but the pictures of my printer show it mounted with screws. As Brian said in his notes, there is some variance in the size of circuit boards, and mine had a loose fit that would not stay positioned properly without screws. It was simple enough to drill and add the screws, and now it works 100%.
