Eleksmaker Mana SE 3.2 Top Cover and Fan Holder
Description
#Lore I upgraded my Eleksmaker A3 Pro Mana SE 3.2 Board with Trinamic TMC2130 Stepper Motor drivers and noticed they do run very hot when not using SPI mode (*I could not get the stepper drivers to work correctly in SPI mode with this board so I decided to use them in standalone mode*). So I checked thingiverse for a board cover with cutout for heatsinks but discovered that **all existing do not fit the current shipped board sizes**... so I designed a top cover that allows the use of large heatsinks - that normally come with the stepper drivers - and still fit the v3.2 Mana SE board. I also attached a fan mount for a 40x40 fan (I use Noctura NF A4X10 12v) and connect that to the 12v pinout of the Mana SE board. Fan mount needs 4x **M3** nuts For **Noctura A4X10 M3x20** screws are recommendet. If Not using a fan cover M3x16 might be enough, you'll have to try. Also to be seen here: Mana SE 3.2 Base Mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3127702 - Better screwhole alignment for vertical mount Board Cable Support: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3393378 - Tighten your cables to prevent damage from continuous movement Fan Top Cover from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2467964 - I really liked this fan cover, 10/10 would print again... Oh.. by the way... if **anyone** got the same board (MANA SE v3.2) and TMC2130 working in SPI mode without them stopping after a few seconds laser on.. please message me, this is driving me crazy! And Yes.. I do mean while prinmt run. No Issues or ewrrors while jogging with laser on. SPI Hard Limit alarm only triggers when running a real printrun after a few seconds with laser on.
