fire truck toy
Description
Fire truck toy I designed and printed for my son. 2.0 fire truck version based on my newer truck platform available here: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/games-toys/toys/fire-truck-with-ladder Assembly video for it here: https://youtu.be/EwvFrpBn-Vw You can also check out my other toy (truck) model(s) here: https://www.cgtrader.com/sasha19md and the assembly videos for them https://youtu.be/TJCMTOk385A https://youtu.be/Wgg-yqhQkSw https://youtu.be/RoyjeXNYWdg https://youtu.be/0nlt57LlyOc https://youtu.be/vKf4fwXmXI4 https://youtu.be/3McyKZAeLAM https://youtu.be/IdtFxOJIjbE Print with a machine that handles tolerances of 0.3-0.4 mm, if it doesn't, things won't fit together, and the ladder peaces will most probably stick to each other. Print list - quantity - stl file name - used collor - observation: * 2x - die_connection_69p6mm_r6p7.stl blue III as it is no support * 1x - front_grill.stl black I turn 90 deg over Y no support * 1x - back_top.stl yellow I as it is no support * 1x - back_grill_lights.stl red I turn 90 deg over Y no support * 1x - ladder_base.stl red I as it is with support * 1x - ladder_in_out.stl white I upside down with support * 1x - cockpit.stl black I as it is with support * 1x - trunk_stairs.stl red I turn 180 deg over Y with support * 1x - cabin.stl red I turn 90 deg over Y with support * 1x - seats_2_rows.stl black I as it is no support * 1x - side_left.stl white I turn 90 deg over X no support * 1x - side_right.stl white I turn 90 deg over X no support * 2x - wheel_axle_100mm_r5p5.stl black II as it is no support * 3x - die_connection_69p6mm_r5p5.stl blue III as it is no support * 4x - screw_ladder_base.stl yellow IIII as it is no support * 6x - screw_20mm_filet_10mm_full.stl yellow IIIIII as it is no support * 4x - screw_20mm_filet_10mm_full.stl white IIII as it is no support * 4x - screw_27mm_filet.stl black IIII as it is no support * 2x - fire_truck_roof_light.stl blue II as it is no support * 2x - roof_light_LEFT_HAND.stl blue II as it is no support * 1x - fire_truck_roof_light.stl red II as it is no support * 1x - roof_light_LEFT_HAND.stl red II as it is no support * 2x - fire_truck_roof_light.stl white II as it is no support * 2x - wheel_left.stl black II as it is with support * 2x - wheel_right.stl black II as it is with support * 4x - wheel_cap.stl white IIII as it is no support * 1x - lader_axle_72mm_r5p5.stl white I as it is no support * 2x - front_light.stl blue II turn 90 deg over Y no support Update: I've also added a "ladder_lock" which can be screwed with 2 of the 4 blue "light screws" on the cabin to lock the ladder (my son and my customer, can move the truck around a lot easier this way...). Update 31.03.2019: Some adjustments to the long/big parts such that the model can be printed on smaller beds (20x20cm). 1. I split the side parts in two and connected them with two small screws. - Therefore do not print: * 1x - side_left.stl white I turn 90 deg over X no support * 1x - side_right.stl white I turn 90 deg over X no support - But print these instead: * 4x - screw_small_l12mm.stl any IIII as it is no support * 1x - side_left_back.stl white I turn 90 deg over X with support * 1x - side_left_front.stl white I turn 90 deg over X no support * 1x - side_right_back.stl white I turn 90 deg over X with support * 1x - side_right_front.stl white I turn 90 deg over X no support 2. I cut the ladder to be shorter (220mm) such that it can be printed on a 20x20cm bed diagonal. - Therefore do not print: * 1x - ladder_in_out.stl white I upside down with support - But print these instead: * 1X - ladder_short_220mm.stl white I upside down with support Update 11.04.2020: Cabin with screw holes for lights added (cabin_with_holes_for_lights.stl) The thread is the same as for the other printed screws. The added "back_light.stl" and "back_light_with_flat_cut.stl" can be used for this.
