Mount Cooroora
Description
Mount Cooroora is located in the hinterland town of Pomona in the Sunshine Coast Region, Queensland, Australia. The peak is a 439 metres high intrusive volcanic plug. Climbers ascended a 1.2km track with 290 meters of climbing and are rewarded with 360 degree views of South East Queensland and the Wide Bay Burnett regions. I have uploaded a plain version of the model with no text. ‘The Hendrix’ Mount Cooroora Endurance Challenge is a gruelling 4 and 8 hour event where participants push themselves to repeatedly climb up and down Mount Cooroora. ‘The Hendrix’ is into its third year and all proceeds go to children’s health charities. 135+ hours of printing! I have dedicated my time and skills to create a scaled model trophy of Mount Cooroora for all participants to say thank you for raising money for children’s health charities and for completing a really tough challenge.
